These people are scam artist. They called me and had the nerve to tell me that my computer contacted they're server due to a virus. Then they told me they wanted to scan my computer remotely. I said no because I didn't know who these people were. They even tried to convince me that they were Microsoft Technicians. I hung up and contacted Microsoft myself only to find out these people were scammers as I suspected.

Yes, I am another victim of this hoax. I have been trying to cancel by dialling this number and noone answers. I am phoning from London and can't work out where in the States that this is to ensure I am phoning at the correct time. Nice Christmas present! £90 for NADA.
